Types of Cleanings

Basic Cleaning: Select a basic cleaning if you have used our service or another cleaning service within 30 days.

Deep Cleaning: Select deep cleaning to clean your home from top to bottom.

Move In/Out* Cleaning: Select if you are moving into or out of a new home.*

* Requires the property to be empty (including items that could be considered garbage) for us to be able to effectively complete our tasks. Any work performed outside the regular scope “cleaning” will be charged at our hourly rate prior to starting the actual service. This applies to any situation, which would prevent us from initiating the cleaning process at arrival.

Maidwell was great! I try to clean daily but I’ve been busy lately so I decided to treat myself for my birthday. I’d seen them around my apartment building and decided to give them a try. They were fantastic! They did in four hours (less time than quoted!) what would’ve taken me a week! I have a cat and when we returned you wouldn’t know any animal lived there! She even seemed surprised that she couldn’t smell herself lol. I have recommended them to friends in the area and I’m definitely going to use them again in the future!

I used this company and was very satisfied at the level of professionalism and attention to detail that Maidwell Cleaning provided me. The bathroom which is a place that is highly utilized was spotless and every area had been cleaned thoroughly. The bedrooms were no different. The level of cleaning detail applied to each room was excellent. They certainly have a new client and I did not mind paying whatever the cost was because of how well things were done. More importantly the wife was extremely satisfied on the results of our home.
